The NewStage Consortium comprises a store of scenery, props and furniture available for hire at very competitive rates to theatrical, film, television and events organisations.

 

We are located at Tank House 4 The Bottle Yard, Whitchurch Bristol.

The consortion has an ever changing scenery, props and furniture resource, held in common usage by the consortium members to maximise availability and minimise storage costs.

 

Current Consortium members include -

Bristol Musical Comedy Club, who legally administer the store on behalf of the consortium on a day by day basis, 

Bath Light Operatic Group, 

Bristol Amateur Operatic Club, 

Bristol Light Opera Club,

Bristol Musical Youth Productions,

Ship & Castle Theatre Company,

Starlite Productions.

The Redgrave Theatre,

The Western Opera Players, 

 

All these companies are responsible for upkeep and ongoing development. We are always looking for additional consortium members in order to extend our collection and capabilities, if your company is interested or as an individual you would like to help or have items you wish to donate then please contact Paul Lewis.

 

We have recently consolidated the store and have plans to continue to improve the storage, range and quaility of items, as well as build an online catalogue of our props and furniture in due course to make hire an easier process.
